      How do I report a missing parcel?

      1. When a parcel search yields no results, there is a button called ‘Parcel Assistance’. Clicking on that button brings out a form where you can submit the missing parcel APN along with the county & state the parcel is located in.

      2. If you do not see the ‘Parcel Assistance’ box, it is probably because there are search results for that parcel number in other counties. If you narrow the search by county (by clicking on the ‘Filter by County’ button), the search will yield no results and the ‘Parcel Assistance’ box will appear. 

        1. If you still cannot find the 'Parcel Assistance" box, you can use the Support Form in the Help menu. (https://research.aquaoso.com/support)
