How is Debt per Acre calculated?

Debt per Acre is calculated by dividing the Principal by the Acres.

The Portfolio Dashboard and Reports summarize 4 key statistics: Number of Loans, Principal Balance, Acres, and Debt per Acre.

The Debt per Acre is calculated by dividing the Principal from your organization's integrated lending data (numerator) by the Acres from Agcor's parcel data (denominator).
