Learn how to identify borrowers to grow your lending Portfolio
Use Case: There is a property up for auction and you want to find potential buyers in the surrounding area who may already have existing loans with you. This can help you expand your lending portfolio.
- Open the Map Layers and turn on your Portfolio Layer to view it on the map
- In the lefthand side bar perform a parcel search for the property that is up for auction.
- Using the Drawing Tools
in the upper right hand corner of the map, draw a boundary around nearby properties in your Portfolio. - A table consisting of current Accounts and Loans within your Portfolio will appear that can be exported to a .csv to begin contacting potential buyers that you can grow your lending portfolio with.
